Deepcision processes only the data needed to operate the product, maintain user sessions, provide AI workflows, improve the service, and keep the platform reliable.
Data we may process
Deepcision may process account details, authentication state, language and theme preferences, billing or quota status, conversation metadata, message content submitted by users, and support communications.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, save conversations, route AI requests, apply usage limits, localize the interface, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the usefulness of the product.
AI requests and providers
When a user sends a chat request, the content may be routed through Deepcision backend systems and model-provider infrastructure. Users should avoid submitting secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated data, or sensitive personal information unless they are allowed to do so.
User control and retention
Users can manage visible conversation history through the product where controls are available. Operational logs and security records may be retained for a reasonable period to protect the service and diagnose issues.
